We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Nuffield Health Ipswich Hospital.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Scrub Nurse or Theatre Practitioner (ODP) to work with us, bringing their expertise and passion for high standards to our theatre team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our theatre department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure efficient and safe theatre procedures;
  • Supervising and supporting junior members of the team;
  • Contributing to the development of the theatre department and implementing best practices;
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the relevant governing body (NMC or HPC);
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in theatre nursing or practice;
  • A passion for high standards and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
