We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to work with our client in the North West.
Job Summary:This role involves conducting thorough assessments of patients' health conditions, formulating and implementing care plans, and providing treatment as necessary.
Responsibilities:- Conducting autonomous assessments of patients' health conditions.
- Formulating and implementing care plans.
- Providing treatment as necessary.
- Using evidence-based practice and specialist skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date department records in line with professional standards.
- Staying current with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Current and valid registration with the HCPC in the UK as a Dietitian.
- Previous experience as a Dietitian either in the UK or overseas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
