Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Information Technology Technician to join our team at One Big Circle Ltd. in Bristol. As an IT Technician, you will provide technical support to our staff, maintain our IT equipment, and contribute to the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing first-line technical support to colleagues, including hardware and software issues.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
  • Assisting in the installation, configuration, and updates of software applications.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of IT systems, procedures, and user requests.
  • Enforcing IT security policies and best practices, including the management of security patches.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure maintenance and technical support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (macOS, Windows, Linux) and hardware/network components.
Estimated Salary Range

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
