Job Summary:
Hodfin is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team as a Forklift Maintenance Engineer. As a key member of our Field Service team, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and attending breakdowns of forklift trucks in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing and maintaining forklift trucks to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults on forklift trucks.
- Providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in the field.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license with less than 6 points.
- Experience repairing wheeled vehicles, preferably forklifts.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant engineering area is an advantage.
- A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
- A customer-focused approach to work.
What We Offer:
- A competitive basic salary up to £36k depending on experience.
- A realistic OTE of £45k in the first year.
