As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Walker Sime, you'll work on significant projects that shape Liverpool's skyline and contribute to the city's future. You'll be part of a diverse team working across various sectors, including museums, defence, residential, life sciences, infrastructure, master planning, industrial, health, decarbonisation retrofits, marine, commercial offices, hotels, demolition, public realm, and active travel corridors.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Leading project delivery from conception to completion, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Managing project finances through expert budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

About the Role

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a successful track record of delivering projects.
  • Strong knowledge of various sectors within Real Estate.
  • Effective leadership skills with the ability to lead teams.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with membership in a relevant professional body (RICS or equivalent).

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £75,000 - £95,000 per annum, based on experience. We also provide an attractive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development.
