Key Responsibilities- To lead a team of employees and volunteers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- To manage the shop floor, including stock management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.
- To develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- To work closely with local businesses, Salvation Army Corps, and individuals within the community to establish links and secure donations.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or charity sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, volunteers, and customers.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, human resources).
- A valid DBS check.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
