Job Title: Installation Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Installation Supervisor to join our team at Parker Jones Group Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate site labor to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
  • Supervise and monitor subcontractors, material suppliers, and providers to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Progress and report on project tasks, including installation quality control, snagging, and material requisition.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, quality control, and environmental regulations on site.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure commercial performance and project success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in installation management and supervision.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control procedures.
