We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pharmacy Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at The Sterling Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with pharmacy services, and participating in branch processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive and engaging experience* Assist with pharmacy services, including dispensing medication and advising on health matters* Participate in branch processes to ensure efficient operations* Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers to achieve business objectives* Hold an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services and a Medicine Counter Assistant qualification* Possess excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and proactive* Be committed to ongoing learning and professional development
