Key Responsibilities

* Manage a caseload of women with complex needs and vulnerabilities
* Conduct needs assessments and develop support plans
* Deliver rehabilitative interventions to enable women to achieve lasting change
* Develop effective partnerships with specialist organisations in the local area

Requirements

* Good engagement skills working with women
* Ability to work in a trauma-informed approach
* Part-time opportunity available

Working Arrangements

* Full-time, 35 hours per week
* Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per annum dependent on experience
* Auto Enrolment Pension (6% employer contribution)
* 25 days holiday pa plus statutory
