About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administration Advisor to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As an Administration Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outpatient clinics and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with patients and Trust colleagues to book, cancel, and monitor appointments efficiently.
- Work at the reception desk in outpatient clinics and answer the Trust's Appointment Line, dealing with patients' appointment queries.
- Perform general office administration duties, including opening and distributing post, emails, and routine correspondence.
