**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team at a thriving secondary school in Mansfield.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students at KS3 and KS4 levels, planning and executing engaging lessons that cater to diverse student needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver a range of subject lessons provided by the school.
  • Monitor and support students throughout lessons to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and respect.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote student success and well-being.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience: Teaching or tutoring at a secondary level with a good understanding of the KS3 and 4 curriculum.
  • Training: Completed a Certificate in Behaviour Management and familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills, ability to inspire and motivate students.
