About the Role

This role is critical to the success of our payroll managed services, and you will have a direct impact on our ability to build long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing and owning payroll processing cycles for allocated customers.
  • Ensuring all payroll processes and procedures are accurately documented and updated regularly.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of current statutory and legislative compliance, staying up-to-date with changes through publications, websites, and seminars.
  • Receiving and recording customer enquiries and providing enhanced information in response to customer requests.
  • Handling complex payroll queries escalated from the client.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience in a dedicated Payroll position.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven experience of delivering excellent customer service.
