Secondary SEND Specialist: Inclusive Education Role

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our team in a Secondary Complex Needs School located in Islington, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and passionate teacher to make a real difference in the lives of students with complex needs. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to address specific learning goals and objectives for each student.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Develop and implement IEPs to address specific learning goals and objectives for each student.
* Employ a range of teaching strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
* Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to parents, carers, and relevant stakeholders.
* Participate in school-wide initiatives and contribute to the development of the SEND curriculum.
Salary and Benefits:
* The estimated salary for this role is around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
