Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality personal care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Participate in nursing procedures to support our nursing staff
  • Maintain resident dignity and privacy, respecting their individual needs and preferences
  • Assist with serving meals and drinks, and other tasks as required to ensure the smooth running of the home
  • Attend and participate in orientation, mandatory, and other training as required

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with the elderly, preferably in a care home environment
  • Level 2 qualification in health and social care or equivalent
