Job Description

  • Provide guidance and training to your team members, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Compile and analyze data on team performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct daily quality checks to ensure that work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Support colleagues with their learning journey, providing feedback and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Work with the CDD managers to complete quality assurance actions, ensuring that our standards are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies, working with management and stakeholders to embed effective and efficient solutions.

What You'll Need:

  1. Experience as a Specialist or Team Leader in a Financial Crime Operations team within financial services.
  2. Strong knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework, including our obligations under the Proceeds of Crime Act and the Terrorism Act.
  3. Understanding of commercial and business products, and those products which pose a higher Financial Crime risk.
  4. Strong understanding of FC typologies across a range of products and services in financial services.
  5. Ability to escalate and triage customers and cases effectively.
