The Little Gym is seeking an experienced Youth Enrichment Director to lead our programs and develop our team. As a Youth Enrichment Director, you'll teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method, assist the Gym Director/Owners in leading a team to provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, and manage day-to-day operations alongside the Gym Director.

You'll also be responsible for hiring, managing, and overseeing training of staff alongside the Gym Director, maintaining facility and equipment, selling The Little Gym program to new customers, and being available evenings and weekends.
