About the Job

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a seasoned Corporate Finance professional to lead transactions and projects, while developing and implementing strategic plans. The successful candidate will have significant experience in M&A and risk management, as well as strong team management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans, working closely with the senior team.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output.
  • Build and maintain a client network, identifying new opportunities and driving growth.
  • Coach and develop junior team members, promoting career advancement and succession planning.
  • Contribute to the development of the team, including resourcing, recruitment, and career development.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate significant experience in Corporate Finance, with expertise in M&A and risk management.
  • Have strong team management experience and skills, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Demonstrate excellent English language skills (written and spoken), with other language skills desirable but not essential.
  • Show a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
