About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Protection Manager to join our team at Graff Search. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for enforcing our brand's intellectual property rights and protecting our reputation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in brand protection and enforcement, with a keen interest in marketing and consumer brands. You will be able to operate in a commercial environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business and contribute to the development of our brand protection strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all enforcement work, infringement matters, and counterfeits
  • Investigate online and offline infringement and attend trade fairs to monitor for counterfeit goods
  • Build relationships with problematic platforms and social media authorities
  • Work closely with the legal team to develop and implement brand protection strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum three years' experience in brand protection and enforcement
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to operate in a commercial environment
  • Keen interest in marketing and consumer brands
