We're seeking an experienced Senior Designer to lead our Studio and manage a team of designers and content creators.

You'll play a key role in leading design initiatives, focusing on integrated projects and social media platforms.

You'll work with various clients, including Whyte & Mackay, Scottish Power, Moda, Virgin Hotels, Scottish Government, Etihad Airlines x Manchester City, Tefal, Grosvenor Casinos, FT Group, Travelodge, Merlin Entertainments (The London Eye, Madame Tussauds, The London Dungeon).

Your passion for creating culture-shaping content will be crucial in this role.

Main Responsibilities">
  1. Creative Direction: Provide strategic insight for digital design projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  2. Design Expertise: Lead the design process from concept to execution, utilizing industry-leading software tools and technologies.
  3. Social Media: Develop creative assets for social media platforms, collaborating with the social media team to create content calendars.
  4. Team Leadership: Mentor and coach content teams and junior designers, managing workload distribution and project timelines.
Requirements">
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a design role, preferably within an agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design projects, with a focus on social media content and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, especially in PowerPoint for presentations and proposals.
  • Experience with workflow tools for project management and team collaboration.
