We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Counter Manager to join our team at CV-Library in Bristol. As a Skincare Retail Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business targets in our luxury skincare retail environment.
Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales-focused individual who is passionate about luxury skincare to join our team and drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive and increase business by encouraging Beauty Consultants to achieve sales targets.
- Lead and coach your team to achieve or exceed sales targets set by your Line Manager.
- Book Beauty Room events.
- Utilise emotional intelligence through storytelling skills to educate clients about our heritage and values.
- Manage individual Beauty Consultant performance proactively with Area Manager support.
- Recruit new customers through traffic stopping.
- Capture customer data on our database while following GDPR guidelines.
- Educate clients on products and the brand.
- Participate in merchandise management according to corporate guidelines.
- Conduct operational and administrative tasks including rotas and sickness reporting.
- Represent the brand at all times.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A proven sales background in Premium Beauty as a Manager.
