Quantity Surveyor Job Opportunity

Building Careers UK is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in developing precise and comprehensive cost plans to establish project budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing cost plans and budgets for projects
  • Supervising the project cost plan from inception to practical completion
  • Assuming commercial responsibility for projects, including cost reporting, value engineering, and cash flow management
  • Facilitating agreement on final accounts
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
  • RICS qualified or qualified by experience
  • Primarily PQS background
  • Commercial and housing experience preferred
