**Key Responsibilities**
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Working as an Experienced Land Agent with MRICS qualifications, focusing on property and estate management, agricultural tenancies, valuations, and rural property matters.
- Managing estates, handling compensation and compulsory purchase tasks for landowners and acquiring authorities.
- Providing expert guidance on a variety of rural projects to a diverse range of primarily private clients.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- MRICS or AssocRICS status with post-qualified experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and colleagues.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
