Product Executive Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Executive to join our team in Bristol. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of travel within India and a passion for product development.

  • Product Maintenance and Documentation
  • Accurately load and maintain travel products and itineraries in our internal product database.
  • Enhance the client documentation framework, including destination guides, and collaborate with other departments to produce additional client-facing resources.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with ground handlers to ensure the quality of our product offering and customer experience.
  • Research and Development
  • Research new product opportunities and trends, attending webinars and staying updated under the guidance of the product manager.
  • Support for PR and Trade Managers
  • Assist in creating and coordinating itineraries for press and agent trips to India.

Requirements

  • Meaningful experience within a sales or product role in the travel industry or recent graduates with a passion for Indian travel.
  • Cultured understanding of commercially viable travel products.
  • Ability to manage a varied and complex workload independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and confident writing skills.
