Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling visa application procedures, providing information and guidance to applicants, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the process.

Responsibilities:
  1. Handle applicant calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding visa application procedures, required documents, and application status updates.
  2. Participate in security-related training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest protocols and procedures.
  3. Report any security incidents to a supervisor immediately upon detection, maintaining confidentiality of personal information at all times.
  4. Respect applicants' religious beliefs and political views, upholding the company's values of equality and inclusivity.
  5. Fully comply with anti-corruption policies and maintain confidentiality regarding company-related information.
  6. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client feedback or questions related to service quality or company image.
  7. Perform additional tasks assigned by a supervisor to support team operations, embracing a flexible and dynamic work environment.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Administrative proficiency with computer systems, including CRM software and other relevant tools.
  2. Excellent spoken and written English; fluency in any other language is an advantage.
  3. Prior customer service experience, preferably in a client-facing role, with a strong focus on communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Experience working face-to-face in a customer service role or retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
