About the Role

UNCOVER is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Director of Risk and Policy Governance. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing our approach to digital legal delivery and the deployment of generative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management strategy for digital legal services and generative AI, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Establish and refine our GenAI policy to align with our risk tolerance, defining boundaries for decision-making and ensuring responsible application.
  • Create and apply a risk management framework specifically designed for digital legal services and generative AI, managing risk components associated with our digital legal offerings.
  • Guide the creation and enforcement of policies and procedures governing the use of generative AI across the organization, ensuring effective application and responsible use.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, IT, legal departments, and external partners, to integrate our digital and AI strategies with our overall risk management goals.

Requirements
