Job Responsibilities

  • Assist our homecare admin team in maintaining a compliant and efficient operation in line with company SOPs and policies.
  • Help the admin team complete daily administrative activities within required timelines.
  • Drive and grow existing relationships through engagement with key contacts within NHS Trusts to support and aid patient compliance.
  • Effectively work across the dispensary in fulfilling orders, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Level 2 (dispensers) and 3 (technicians) NVQ in Pharmacy Service Skills.
  • A desire to work closely with the existing pharmacy team in delivering a high-quality pharmacy service to both primary and secondary care organizations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
  • Must be based and live in Wolverhampton or within 5 miles of Wolverhampton.
