We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our team in a Special School in Havering, London. As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized lesson plans tailored to the unique needs of each student.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and deliver lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with support staff to maintain a structured and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Provide a safe and encouraging environment for all students.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other professionals to support student development.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience in a Special School or similar SEN setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
  • A compassionate and flexible approach to meet diverse student needs.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
