About the Role:

The Treasury Finance VP will play a critical part in managing all aspects of liquidity and funding across the firm, adhering to Board-delegated mandates and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership skills to drive change initiatives in funding and liquidity, working closely with business and finance functions to onboard new products and adopt innovative technologies.

This position is responsible for four main functions within the Treasury department:

  1. Asset Liability Management: This function focuses on managing risks arising from asset-liability mismatches. It involves implementing an effective financial management framework, including fund transfer pricing, interest rate risk management, and resource optimization to enhance risk management, improve decision-making, and strengthen overall financial performance.
  2. Liquidity Management: This function ensures the Group's businesses and legal entities can support client needs and meet contractual obligations through normal economic cycles and stress events. It also optimizes the Group's funding mix and maintains adequate liquidity sources in various currencies and legal entities.
  3. Funding: This function executes the firm's unsecured financing activities and liquidity pool investments, together with currency management.
  4. Regulatory Liquidity Reporting & Data: This function ensures complete, accurate, and timely regulatory liquidity reporting, designing and maintaining control frameworks, governance, and escalation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Treasury operations, ensuring adherence to Board-mandated policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize liquidity and funding across the firm.
  • Collaborate with business and finance teams to onboard new products and adopt innovative technologies.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and regulators.
  • Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Proven track record of driving change initiatives and achieving results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
