We're seeking an experienced and ambitious conveyancer to join our team at O'Neill Patient Solicitors LLP in Leeds.

Job Overview

As a key member of our conveyancing team, you'll be responsible for managing a caseload of freehold, leasehold, newbuild, and shared ownership transactions. You'll work closely with clients, mortgage brokers, estate agents, solicitors, and other parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Your expertise will be utilised to identify potential risks and resolve issues promptly without compromising the client or business interests. You'll also maintain allocated files in good order, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), regulatory, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and relevant parties to process sales/purchases from instruction to completion.
  • Recognise potential risks and take corrective action to mitigate them.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant file records.
  • Communicate with mortgage lenders regarding client funds.
  • Ensure seamless exchange of contracts and legal completion.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 2 years of conveyancing experience, handling your own caseload effectively. A strong understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements is essential.
