Electrical Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team in London Bridge. As a key member of the facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of the commercial office building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out electrical maintenance tasks, including lighting installation, fault-finding, and control panel maintenance
  • Monitor and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) and perform emergency lighting tests
  • Perform plumbing tasks, including unblocking toilets and maintaining water flushing systems
  • Conduct regular PPMs (Predictive Maintenance) and maintain site logbooks
  • Control and coordinate sub-contractors as needed
Requirements:
  • Electrically qualified to Level 2 or 3
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition certification
  • Job logic experience preferred
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled and good communication skills
