We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Director of Medical Content Strategy. As a key member of our global operations, you will be responsible for developing and executing medical communications and publications plans that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive medical content strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality medical education materials that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead content review processes to ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline; advanced degree/license preferred (Master, MD, PharmD, RPh, Ph.D.).
  • Extensive experience in publications and medical writing within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on oncology or nuclear medicine.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
