About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fashion Wholesale Operations Manager to join our team at Provallar Executive Search. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our fashion wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage seasonal international Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
  • Manage Free-On-Board (FOB) prices and selling prices
  • Raise and issue sample orders and Purchase Orders to factories
  • Provide packing instructions for samples shipment
  • Upload all styles correctly into ERP System at the start of the season to reflect the latest changes and updates
  • Manage from PO to Delivery to the customer
  • Prepare Margin sheets to help with price negotiations both with the factories and customer
  • Create Items, Sales Order Confirmation/ PO/ PI on - ERP System
  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of the products
Requirements
  • Must have fashion wholesale operations experience
  • Good Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups
  • Experience in any ERP system
  • Quick learner, friendly nature, appetite for growth
