Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Instructor to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring they feel supported and achieve their goals.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to Lifeguard at our pool in between lessons, as well as assist with administration tasks. We value diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • To teach swimming to children and adults as part of our swimming lesson programme.
  • To communicate with parents/guardians concerning their child's development and progression.
  • To supervise customers in the swimming pool and surrounding areas, ensuring their safety and discipline.
  • To assist with administration tasks in the office.

**Requirements**

  • A Level 2 swimming teaching qualification.
  • A DBS check.
  • An ability to deal with children and their parents.
  • Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry.
