As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including autistic people, those with a learning disability, and individuals with mental health needs.

You will work closely with our experienced team to promote independence, dignity, and well-being, supporting service users with personal care, participation in activities, and daily living skills.
