Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellence in customer care and audiology services to Amplifon clients.
  • Administer hearing tests, assess client needs, and inform them of options available.
  • Provide aftercare services in line with the Amplifon aftercare programme.
  • Manage the clinic with the support of a Customer Care Coordinator, including staff management.

Requirements:

  • Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with the HCPC.
  • Exceptional standards of customer care and service.
  • Commercial sensitivity.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Action orientated.
  • Strong analytical and judgement ability.
  • Effective communication style.
  • Numerate.
  • Organised and efficient with time.
  • Drive and tenacity.
