Hearing Aid Audiologist Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellence in customer care and audiology services to Amplifon clients.
- Administer hearing tests, assess client needs, and inform them of options available.
- Provide aftercare services in line with the Amplifon aftercare programme.
- Manage the clinic with the support of a Customer Care Coordinator, including staff management.
Requirements:
- Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with the HCPC.
- Exceptional standards of customer care and service.
- Commercial sensitivity.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Action orientated.
- Strong analytical and judgement ability.
- Effective communication style.
- Numerate.
- Organised and efficient with time.
- Drive and tenacity.
Benefits:
- Basic salary up to £40,000 p.a depending on experience.
- Uncapped Variable Pay.
