Hospitality and Care Specialist

As a Hospitality and Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service standards in our dining rooms. Your responsibilities will include assisting with meal service, maintaining temperature records, and attending to residents' non-care related needs.
We are offering a salary of £12 per hour, with opportunities for career advancement and professional development. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role within a luxurious setting, with strong people and organisational skills.
About the Role:
- Assist with meal service in resident rooms and dining rooms
- Maintain temperature records of fridges and service stations in the dining rooms
- Help set up and clear down tables before and after lunch service
- Maintain the Bistro to ensure a professional offering, which is fully stocked
- Attend to residents' non-care related needs
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role within a luxurious setting
- Strong people and organisational skills
- Excellent customer facing skills
