Job Title: Apprentice Multi Trade

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team in Salisbury, Wiltshire, and the Southwest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working independently or in a team to complete tasks in a single visit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete scheduled jobs, traveling to sites as needed
  • Perform high-quality repairs, maintenance, and small projects
  • Ensure health and safety compliance
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Report job progress in real-time
Requirements:
  • Qualifications (preferred): NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent experience
  • Friendly, professional, good communicator, team player
  • Able to work independently and efficiently, adaptable to change
What We Offer:
  • Salary: 30,000 (up to 40,000 OTE)
  • Paid travel time
  • Progression
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
  • Holidays: 21 days + bank holidays
  • Benefits: Company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, optional on-call availability
