Job Title: Experienced Plant Manager

CV Library is partnering with a leading renewable energy provider to recruit an experienced Plant Manager for their anaerobic digestion site in North London.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring the site runs at optimal levels, maintaining high standards of health and safety, and contributing to the company's mission to provide sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimise process plant operations to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Manage feedstock processing and planning to meet production targets
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on plant efficiency, trends, and data analysis
  • Develop solutions to technical variances and site maintenance issues
  • Coordinate with external contractors and manage relationships with external bodies
  • Lead and manage on-site colleagues, including Operators and Engineers
Requirements
  • Relevant engineering qualification, such as chemical or mechanical
  • WAMITAB AD qualification or equivalent
  • Mobile Plant licence or time-served experience
  • Full UK driving licence
What We Offer

A competitive salary of up to £57,500, plus outer London weighting allowance, company bonus, company van, private medical, and 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays.
