As a Front Desk Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient services at Inclusion Thurrock IAPT services. This part-time position requires a fixed-term commitment to our administrative team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general reception and administration duties, working with established processes, policies, and procedures to deliver high-quality service.
- Deal efficiently and courteously with patient enquiries, including face-to-face, telephone, and electronic interactions.
- Booking and/or amending patient appointments, contacting patients to provide information from the clinical team, and assisting patients to access our services.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- One year's experience of reception work or general office administration, including dealing with face-to-face and telephone enquiries.
- A good basic level of education and excellent command of the English language.
- Ability to cope with a busy office environment and varied workload, with accuracy and attention to detail essential.
The estimated salary for this role is £18,500 - £20,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes flexible working hours, staff discounts, and a comprehensive induction program.
