About the Role

This position involves managing capital project proposals and operations aligned to the bank's needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing building, real estate, and physical asset security projects, including workspace, engineering, and facility upgrades.
  • Identifying potential risks and developing risk management strategies to mitigate them by monitoring risk exposure and taking corrective action.
  • Managing project budgets for real estate and physical security projects by tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Managing stakeholder relations, including project sponsors, vendors, regulatory agencies, and facilities management teams, to align capital project operations with the bank's objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail engineering, vendor management, and risk mitigation. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role. A salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year is expected, commensurate with experience.
