Field Service Engineer – Nationwide Service Provider – M8 Corridor – Salary: £26,000 - £32,500 + door to door + on-call + overtime = £40k - £50k + Company Van + Tools + Health Cash Plan + Workwear + Training

As Field Service Engineer, you will carry out both planned and unplanned service and breakdown repair service to the customer base throughout the central belt and will also be part of the on-call rota of 1 night per week and 1 weekend in every 6.
You will be qualified to NVQ level or above in mechanical engineering, be comfortable using mechanical hand tools and have some experience of working on the service, repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment such as heavy vehicle plant, machinery, forklift trucks, farm machinery, tractors, road sweepers, powered access or marine plant. An understanding of hydraulics and fault-finding electrics is desirable as training can be provided.
