Job Title: Dental Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Nurse to join our team at Portman Dental Care. As a Dental Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in delivering high-quality treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist dentists and hygienists with patient treatments, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all patients.
  • Prepare and maintain dental equipment, instruments, and materials, adhering to strict hygiene and sterilization protocols.
  • Take and develop dental X-rays, as required, and maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress.
  • Provide excellent patient communication, addressing their concerns and needs in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of mutual respect and open communication.

Requirements:

  • GDC registration as a Dental Nurse.
  • Experience working in a dental practice, preferably with implants.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of patient care, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and honest approach to work, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
