Job Description

A leading FMCG manufacturer is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee all quality issues and daily quality activities, ensuring customer requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain company regulatory compliance in relation to QHSE, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Manage and maintain all aspects of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 accreditations, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
  • Lead and develop a culture of Continuous Improvement, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
  • Provide expertise and experience to the business in developing and refining the Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management Systems to meet the evolving business requirements.
  • Manage non-conformance processes, including root cause analysis, to identify and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing the Quality function in a regulated engineering/manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Conversant with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, with a deep understanding of their application and implementation.
