HR and Payroll Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating payroll processes and providing administrative support to the HR function.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about payroll and HR, and is looking for a role that offers flexibility and reduced hours.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll and HR, with experience of working in a similar role. You will be highly organized, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating payroll processes, including salary payments and pension contributions;
- Providing administrative support to the HR function, including data entry and record-keeping;
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR and employment law;
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and a flexible working arrangement that allows you to balance your work and personal life.
