Job Overview

As a Graduate Executive Search Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing top-tier talent for our clients across various industries. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in executive recruitment while working closely with senior consultants and industry experts.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilise various sourcing methods including databases, networking, social media, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, industry professionals, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client requirements, job specifications, and company culture.
  • Candidate Assessment and Evaluation: Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
