Job Title: Data Centre Architect

Are you passionate about cloud and data? We are seeking an experienced Data Centre Architect to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). As a Data Centre Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive data platforms that meet functional and non-functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data platforms that satisfy business requirements
  • Assemble large, complex data sets that meet business requirements
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements
  • Build infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data
  • Keep data secure across national boundaries
Requirements:
  • Experience with AWS Data Platform, including AWS-EMR Cluster Platform, Glue, EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Redshift, Sagemaker, Lake formation, and Glue catalogue
  • Data Storage Fundamentals
  • AWS Service Selection, Container design
  • Experience in data security areas in AWS
  • Hands-on experience in architecture of data workloads in EMR/Clusters
  • Designs system architecture to integrate easily with other AWS services
  • Experience of managing the full life cycle of a data platform solution in AWS
  • Experience of leading AWS cloud design and development, testing, and deployment of the proposed solution
  • Gather Application Know-how necessary for design and development using AWS tools
  • Need to have expertise in the set-up and administration of AWS data platform including security areas and have working knowledge of tools like Hive and Pyspark
