We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Customer Operations Manager to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Customer Operations Managers to deliver results across a balanced scorecard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Operations Managers to achieve business objectives
  • Deploy transformational changes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Be the point of contact for external stakeholders and ensure all Customer Operations Managers complete tasks to time and quality
  • Produce the weekly resourcing plan and ensure all Customer Operations Managers deliver towards this
  • Ensure the smooth running of all deliveries and lead a team of front-line colleagues to work efficiently and provide excellent service at the doorstep
  • Partner with Trade Union to drive performance improvement and deliver every item accurately and on time
