About the Role

In this challenging yet rewarding position as a Construction Support Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking repair and renewal roofing works, communicating effectively with the scheduler, residents, and line manager, and working safely and in compliance with Health & Safety and safeguarding requirements.

As a key member of our team, you will provide technical expertise and support to ensure the smooth delivery of projects. Your strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to multitask will enable you to succeed in this dynamic role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Undertake repair/renewal roofing works.
  2. Communicate effectively with the scheduler, residents, and line manager.
  3. Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safety and safeguarding requirements.
  4. Remain up-to-date with technical and legal requirements of the skill area.
  5. Work in partnership with other operatives to complete repairs when required.
  6. Complete work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken, via a PDA.
