This Carmarthenshire-based Senior Support Worker role requires an individual who can lead by example and act as a positive role model. The successful candidate will have a QCF level 3 qualification or be working towards one, as well as experience in a support environment and a driving license.

The estimated salary for this role is £27,000 - £30,500 per annum, based on a 45.5-hour week. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including eligibility for a Blue Light Card and a refer-a-friend scheme with up to £1000 per successful permanent referral.

As a Senior Support Worker with Priority Childcare, your day will involve acting as shift leader, assisting in maintaining service standards, participating in the on-call rota, and reporting and evidence gathering activities. You will work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, promoting and celebrating home achievements.
