Peripatetic Home Manager – RGN – Compass Associates

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Home Manager to join our team at Compass Associates. As a Peripatetic Home Manager, you will be responsible for driving the business forward and supporting our homes in achieving high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Operations Director to improve standards across the company.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care and services provided to residents.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor the quality of care and services provided and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with a strong clinical background and experience in elderly care.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
